All information and data entered and collected through this Website is subject to our Privacy Statement which is inclusive herein as referenced. Loyaldog and LDMax operates under CSS IT Services Department of Toplevel Solutions, Inc. in the Philippines.

By accessing and using this website, you agree that you are aware that LDMax and Loyaldog offers only IT Services specific to the process serving industry in the United States. In order to provide successful services, it uses technologies such as programming to fulfill these services. However, it only strictly provides all its customers with services – technical support, customization services, troubleshooting services, programming services, website development, graphic design and other backend services.

By accessing ‘Get it Now’ and/or entering information for registration to avail of our services, you signify your irrevocable agreement on this TERMS OF USE AND SERVICES. By registering to avail of any of our services, you agree not to pirate, hire for employment or pay any of our programmers, technical support, customer support and other such staff without our written consent.  You agree that by doing so, you are liable to pay liquidated damages of not less than $30,000.00.​ Signing up to our services does not mean ownership of any of the brand of services and technologies developed by LD.

LD offers online demos where clients can see how LDMax works. LD does not offer any trial period of the services and system. All payments made in order to set up with our system and to try our services are non-refundable.

Payments made for Loyaldog/LDMax are strictly for the services it provides its clients. Billing is done every 16th of the month..Due dates are all on the 1st of the month. I understand that invoices not paid on the 1st of the month constitutes cessation of services and non-access to the systems that we use to deliver services. All payments are done through Paypal. Our Paypal email is: customerservicesolutionsllc@yahoo.com. You agree to discuss and negotiate issues regarding payments directly to our Management and by emailing us: support@ld-max.com and not by opening cases in our Paypal account. You agree that you waive the company from any liabilities due to payments made through other accounts not authorized by LD.

Starting January 1, 2017, all sign  ups will not be subject to the 1st of the month deadline. Your access to our services will be renewed 30 days after sign up and will recur on the same date in the future months (e.g. you signed up January 2, 2016, your renewal date will be every 2nd of the month).

 LD will do its best to ensure that your privacy is protected. We do not share any information regarding your billing tools (i.e. credit card information, Paypal account information) to anyone. When using our services and systems. we assign you a username and password that you can change later for total privacy. You can also issue usernames and passwords to your holders and staff and to your clients and servers.This privacy feature only covers information that you share with us through our system and websites.  Subject to Limitations and Waiver of Liabilities.

Our services are available starting at 9AM-6PM EST, Mondays to Fridays only. LD is not liable for prompt updating of access to systems due to late payments or payments made not within our office hours and other service requests.

Although we offer free storage space for your documents and photos, we will not be responsible for the security of these documents and other items. You can opt to have your own server or storage (e.g. Google Drive, S3) that you sign up with. LD has no access to these accounts and thus will not be liable for any breach into your privacy and confidential information. Incidents beyond our control - hacks in the system, virus attacks, third-party services system breakdown that affect our services and system.

Cancellations can be made at any time, provided that you email us: support@ld-max.com your intent to cancel our services.

Loyaldog does not guarantee that your use of our systems, programs, mobile apps and services will be free of any errors and interruptions. You agree that at certain times, Loyaldog may at anytime be off-service or have a down-time for a period of time without notice to you. You agree that your use or inability to use thereof, of the services, systems, programs, apps, etc of Loyaldog is at your own risk, free of any warranties, expressed or implied. You agree to waive LD, LDMax, CSS-Department and Loyaldog Department of Toplevel Solutions, Inc. from any and all liabilities arising from any untoward incidents especially those indicated in our limitations, arising from your use of our services, systems and websites.
